This time I will be sharing a healthy version of sausage and spam recipe. All ingredients used in this recipe are totally keto-friendly and is very easy to make. Hope you will like it as much as I do.

  • 1 egg white
  • 6 g salt
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp refined coconut oil
  • ½ tsp ground white pepper
  • ½ tsp red yeast powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp 5 spice powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 10 g psyllium husk
