Ingredients
- 6 pcs chicken
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlics
- 3 ginger (slice)
- 1 stick cinnamon & star anise
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 2 cups water
- Cooking Oil
- Salt
- Golden Lakonto Monk Fruit Sweetener
- Curry leaf
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
Instructions
- Oil pan and fry aromatics & spices
- Add Curry powder and bit of water
- Add Curry leaf and chicken.
- Let the chicken simmer awhile
- Add water and once chicken is half cook, add yogurt, salt & sweetener.
- Mix well and add coconut cream and let the gravy thickens.
- Taste again and season accordingly. It’s ready to serve
