keto avocado yougurt ice cream
- 360 g ripe avocado (medium-sized one with 360g skin, 260g peeled and seeded)
- 40 g monk fruit sweetener (If you are not on a low-carb diet, you can substitute an equal amount of granulated sugar)(It’s no calorie sweetener .Or no sugar or choose your favorite sugar substitute)(The amount you add depends on your taste)(It's not good to make a drink with pure erythritol)
