keto fried rice

This is a fantastic comfort food recipe that's keto-friendly, has lots of health benefits packed in, and is absolutely delicious.
You can also add in some chicken or shrimp to take this fried rice recipe up a notch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 carrot, diced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp papper
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 3-4 cup cauliflower
  • 2 tsp liquid aminos
  • 3 diced green onion
  • bean sprout optional

Instructions
 

  • stir the ingredient and set aside
  • lightly scramble 3 eggs and set aside
  • baked in oven in 300 degrees for 30 minutes
  • add egg into the pan
