- 100 g wheat gluten
- 20 g psyllium husk powder
- 3 g instant yeast
- 5 g honey
- 90 g erythritol ( Oven version : 80g Erythritol)
- 3 whole eggs
- 135 g warm water
- 80 g whipping cream
- 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 18 g 90% chocolate (Baking time about 45minutes)
