keto fried rice
This is a fantastic comfort food recipe that's keto-friendly, has lots of health benefits packed in, and is absolutely delicious.You can also add in some chicken or shrimp to take this fried rice recipe up a notch.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 carrot, diced
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp papper
- 3 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 3-4 cup cauliflower
- 2 tsp liquid aminos
- 3 diced green onion
- bean sprout optional
Instructions
- stir the ingredient and set aside
- lightly scramble 3 eggs and set aside
- baked in oven in 300 degrees for 30 minutes
- add egg into the pan
