Keto Grilled Summer Vegetables
This is a super simple recipe that's completely keto-friendly! It's a beautiful selection of savory vegetables. This makes a really nice side dish, or you can have it as your meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups brokoli
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cups asparagus, chopped into thirds
- 1 medium size squash, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp grill seasoning (here we use a mix of onion, garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, and cilantro)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
