Keto Grilled Summer Vegetables

This is a super simple recipe that's completely keto-friendly! It's a beautiful selection of savory vegetables. This makes a really nice side dish, or you can have it as your meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brokoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups asparagus, chopped into thirds
  • 1 medium size squash, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp grill seasoning (here we use a mix of onion, garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, and cilantro)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
