Vanilla Cream Chia Pudding

This low-carb vanilla chia pudding makes a great ketogenic snack.


  • 30 oz almond/coconut milk
  • 1/2 cups chia seed can add more for thicker texture
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla cream stevia or to taste


  • shake well
  • leave on it's side on counter or in fridge for about 10 minute
  • shake again then put in the fridge for ta few hours to thicken
