Vanilla Cream Chia Pudding
This low-carb vanilla chia pudding makes a great ketogenic snack.
Ingredients
- 30 oz almond/coconut milk
- 1/2 cups chia seed can add more for thicker texture
- 1/4 tsp vanilla cream stevia or to taste
Instructions
- shake well
- leave on it's side on counter or in fridge for about 10 minute
- shake again then put in the fridge for ta few hours to thicken
