There are days that we don’t feel like cooking and eating a full course meal for sahur. There are 2 options either blended smoothie or meal prep this super easy protein balls. Today i’m sharing recipe for Cinnamon Protein Balls. .This protein balls can be made ahead of time and kept upto a week chillin’ in fridge. At 1g netcarb and 3.5 protein and 4g fat it will certainly keep you full and energize till breaking fast time. .We are using KETO Red palm oil which contains antioxidant like tocopherols and carotenoids.While you can likely meet your fat and protein needs through your diet, Keto Red and protein powders offer a convenient and easy way to increase your intake.

Cinnamon Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp KETO Red Harvist Red Palm Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (Granule)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop Protein powder (Whey or plant base)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use a spoon to mix it until it reaches a consistency of a cookie dough.
  • If the mixture is still wet, add about a tbsp of protein powder to set it.
  • Roll them into a 10 pieces balls. Coat them with protein powder so it won’t stick together. Keep them chill in the refrigerator. They can last upto a week.Perfect for Sahur.
