Cinnamon Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp KETO Red Harvist Red Palm Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (Granule)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop Protein powder (Whey or plant base)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use a spoon to mix it until it reaches a consistency of a cookie dough.
  • If the mixture is still wet, add about a tbsp of protein powder to set it.
  • Roll them into a 10 pieces balls. Coat them with protein powder so it won’t stick together. Keep them chill in the refrigerator. They can last upto a week.Perfect for Sahur.
