Keto Walnut Spice Loaf
Ingredients
- 56 g coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 5 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted and cooled butter
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp ginger
- 1/4 tbsp cardamom
- 150 g toasted walnuts , copped
- 118 ml boiling water
Instructions
- Baked at 350 degrees F at 35 to 45 minutes
