Ingredients
  

  • 1 napa cabbage
  • ½ c salt
  • 40 g scallion
  • 60 g chive
  • 200 g radish
  • 4 tbs fish sauce
  • 2 tbs shrimp paste
  • 240 g water
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum
  • 50 g chili powder
  • 100 g onion
  • 15 g ginger
  • 10 g garlic
  • 1 tbs sweetener
