Keto Kimchi
This time I will be making keto kimchi with all keto-friendly ingredients. This means that there is no sugar and glutinous flour needed. Fermented food is good for our bodies but it is sold very expensive outside so I strongly suggest everyone to make it at home. Enjoy~
- 1 napa cabbage
- ½ c salt
- 40 g scallion
- 60 g chive
- 200 g radish
- 4 tbs fish sauce
- 2 tbs shrimp paste
- 240 g water
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
- 50 g chili powder
- 100 g onion
- 15 g ginger
- 10 g garlic
- 1 tbs sweetener
