Today I will be sharing another super simple low-carb recipe – sesame crisps! Aside from the fragrance of sesame seeds and scallions, these crackers have an incredible crispy texture that is missing in most keto biscuits. Quickly spare 15 minutes to get this delish done!

Today I will be sharing another super simple low-carb recipe – sesame crisps!
Aside from the fragrance of sesame seeds and scallions, these crackers have an incredible crispy texture that is missing in most keto biscuits. Quickly spare 15 minutes to get this delish done!

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g eggs white eggs only
  • 13 g oil
  • odorless coconut oil other oil is preferred
  • 15 g low carb sweetener powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract you can also use lemon juice
  • 15 g parmesan cheese
  • 8 g scallion
  • 30 g raw sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Xanthan gum

Instructions
 

  • crack an egg
  • pour the oil into the bowl
  • add the coconut oil
  • then use a fork to mix well (no need foam)
  • add the sweetener powder into the bowl
  • add half a teaspoon vanilla extract to remove the egg smell
  • then add 15 g of grated parmesan cheese
  • stir well
  • chop 8 gram of green onion
  • then put it in the batter
  • pour 30 g raw sesame seed
  • spread the batter on the baking sheet
  • try to spread as thin as possible to make them crispy
  • continue for the rest
  • bake at 150 for 15 minute
