So it is not only grain-free and dairy-free but also Sugar-free. Perfect for predawn sahur meal for the upcoming Ramadan. .
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 1 tsp Coconut Flour
- 3 tbsp Almond flour
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 2 tbsp Lakanto monk fruit
- Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a small pot.
- Slow fire and keep stirring till all combined.
- Keep the heat low and stir in to your preferred consistency. Add water by tbsp to loosen the thickness. Takes about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve immediately into 2 bowls, sprinkle and drizzle with your favourite topping..
Suggested Toppings:
- Low carb fruits like berries or dragonfruit. Then sprinkle lakanto on top for that snowy look as per video.
- Keto chocolate chip and Peanut Butter
- Keto granolas and fruits
- Chocolate and sliced strawberries
