1. 30 Days Return Window
In accordance with Google Merchant standards, we offer a 30 days return window. You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return for eligible items.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or the incorrect product was sent, MD Keto is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees (RM 0) applied to any returns.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Due to health and safety regulations regarding food and supplements:
- Eligible Items: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fresh/perishable foods or items where the safety seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
