Many friends wonder what to have for breakfast while on a ketogenic diet. For me, cloud bread is the very first thing I learned to make when I started my keto journey. Why? Because it is super easy to make and not to mention, it requires only 3 ingredients! You can make them a few days ahead and they can last for 2-3 days in air-tight container on the counter! It’s a great substitute as a sandwich bun. Just spread with butter, put some ham, bacon, cheese or lettuce in between 2 cloud breads and that’s the perfect breakfast!

For Keto Whipped Cream

  • 100/100 g/ml heavy cream /whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp eryhtritol

Instructions
 

  • Bake at preheated oven 150°c for 30 minutes.
