Keto Coconut Flour Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, salted butter, allulose. Crumb the butter with flour.
  • Add in eggs, vanilla extract and liquid stevia if used.
  • Knead the mixture until it becomes a firm dough.
  • Wrap the dough in cling wrap and chill it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Best if leave it overnight.
  • Layer the counter with either a silicone mat, parchment paper or cling wrap (if the cling wrap can stick on the counter surface).
  • With the chill dough, use a cling wrap to layer at the top. Roll the dough to flatten it until the thickness of cookie you would like to form.7. Cut the dough with the cookie cutter and put it on t
  • Bake it at 10-12minutes. As soon as the edge turn golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
