Keto 3 min Microwave Flaxseed Coconut Flour Bread
Quick & easy, worth trying
Ingredients
Dry
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tbsp flaxseed powder
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp allulose
- â…› tsp instant yeast
Wet
- 2 large egg whites.
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- With a mixing bowl, add in wet ingredients. Whisk until well combined.
- Add in all the dry ingredients and whisk to mix all dry and wet ingredients together.
- Microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
Toast
- Toast the bread in toaster for 5 minutes.
- Stir fry the left over egg yolk in low heat. Turn off fire when the yolk is still runny. I have saved more egg yolks earlier during my bread making. So I have used 4 egg yolks all together in the video.
- Add in a tablespoon of Mayo to the egg yolks and mix.
- Spread on the toasted bread. Add in ketchup and cheese.Â
