  • 2 large egg whites.
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil


  • With a mixing bowl, add in wet ingredients. Whisk until well combined.
  • Add in all the dry ingredients and whisk to mix all dry and wet ingredients together.
  • Microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.


  • Toast the bread in toaster for 5 minutes.
  • Stir fry the left over egg yolk in low heat. Turn off fire when the yolk is still runny. I have saved more egg yolks earlier during my bread making. So I have used 4 egg yolks all together in the video.
  • Add in a tablespoon of Mayo to the egg yolks and mix.
  • Spread on the toasted bread. Add in ketchup and cheese.
