Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp Psyllium husk
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
wet ingredients
- 1 large egg
- ½ tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 3-5 drops Organic stevia
- blueberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
- Add in all wet ingredients. Mix well.
- With a pan, heat it up to medium to low heat.
- Pour in the bread batter.
- Cook for ~ 1 min.
- Flip to opposite side. Continue to cook until browning.
- Serve hot. Add toppings of your liking.
