Hello everyone, today I will share with you the whole wheat bread that can be eaten on a ketogenic/low-carb diet. The whole wheat flour is not used but it has a wheat flavor! The key to copy the flavor comes from golden flax seeds and walnuts, by using these two ingredients ,the ketogenic toast smells the same as whole-wheat toast made of flour. This time I adjusted the formula and baking time, and the taste is more closer to the toast made of flour!
