Ingredients
- 5 pcs ikan cencaru
- 1 bottle Shrimp Sambal
Instructions
- ikan cencaru with gills removed
- make incision from Fish back on both sides
- fill the incision with shrimp sambal
- Fried two sides over medium heat
- when a nice burning smell comes out means it is cooked
Notes
Ikan cencaru has hard skin ,do not eat
