  • 1 tbp boiling water
  • zest of lemon
  • 25 g sweetener
  • 15 g water
  • ½ tspb Dried osmanthus
  • 90 g almond flour
  • 10 g coconut flour
  • 10 g sweetener
  • 10 g oil
  • 1 g salt
  • 30 g egg white
