Ingredients:

1.  60g  almond flour

2.  60g  coconut flour

3.  16g  psyllium husk powder (finely grounded)

4.  1g salt

5.  6g instant Yeast

6.  10g erythritol

7.  100g egg whites

8.  220 ml water

9.  24g no melt diced cheese

10. 30 g Garlic Butter

11. appropriate amount of dried parsley

 12.  sprinkle on the bread before baking: 1/2 tsp coconut flour

Garlic Butter 

1.  softened butter 40g

2.  6 g garlic

3.  1 g salt
