5 Ingredient Low Carb/Keto Bread

I recall how I started my keto journey with my husband. Our biggest challenge back then must be not knowing what to eat for breakfast. This is the very first low carb bread that I learned how to make.

With only 5 simple ingredients and few easy steps, this almost ZERO carb bread can last us for at least 4 days (as breakfast)! Hub will say ” luckily my wife can bake for me”!

Lol… You can spread them with butter, sugar-free jam, sugar-free peanut butter or use them as sandwiches by adding ham, cheese and lettuces! I hope you will enjoy this bread as much as we do!

Ingredients for 20cm X 11cm (9X5”) bread tin: (16 slices)

  • 6 Separated Eggs
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 75g Melted Salted Butter
  • 180g Almond Flour
  • 2tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4tsp Cream of Tartar
