Keto Meal Idea: Swiss Mushroom Fry Egg. If you love egg, you'll love it anyway.
Ingredients
- 70 g Swiss Mushrooms.
- 5 eggs
- Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Keto sauce
- Black Pepper
- salt
- Oregano
Instructions
- Chop up the mushrooms to size of your liking.
- Spread some cooking oil on the pan. I use ghee. Heat up the pan.
- Stir fry the mushrooms until it starts to soften.
- Add in ~ 1 tbsp Kicthen22 sugar free Worcestershire sauce or any brand of your choice.
- Add in black pepper, salt and oregano herbs.
- With 5 eggs, slight beat. Pour into the pan.
- Continue cooking. Adjust the egg doneness based on your preference.Enjoy!
