Keto Meal Idea: Swiss Mushroom Fry Egg. If you love egg, you'll love it anyway.
Chop up the mushrooms to size of your liking.
Spread some cooking oil on the pan. I use ghee. Heat up the pan.
Stir fry the mushrooms until it starts to soften.
Add in ~ 1 tbsp Kicthen22 sugar free Worcestershire sauce or any brand of your choice.
Add in black pepper, salt and oregano herbs.
With 5 eggs, slight beat. Pour into the pan.
Continue cooking. Adjust the egg doneness based on your preference.Enjoy!
