The truth is that it is not the weight gain, obesity, or diabetes, or heart disease, or PCOS, or ED, or the quick to get angry short-tempered reactive personality …
It is though, an out of control relationship, with addictive substances, sugars and most carbohydrate sources used as food.
A carbohydrate addict is basically no different than an alcoholic, or crystal meth user, or heroin addict.
Carbs are used and abused, emotional reactive eating…
But really eating the carbs creates that misery.
👉 Hijacked physiology.
Carbs create the need to satisfy the cravings in spite of adverse effects to oneself and to how one communicates and interacts and treats others.
Physiology trumps.
Knowing and taking control, stopping completely the incoming insult (addictive substances that seems like food), despite the cravings and withdrawal, is the only way to get off the junk.
It means changing what you eat to be foods that have little to no carbohydrates, especially no grains or fruit.
It means giving your body a break from having to be in an addictive metabolic nightmare.
If your food beliefs are getting in the way and stopping you from getting out of an addiction, then those beliefs are wrong.
You have to get off carbs, and on to eating a variety of animal sourced proteins with their fats to have metabolic reset of non-addiction pathways.
It is called freedom from compulsive carb eating.
That is freedom.
You will always be an addict.
But you don’t have to live as an actively addicted person.
You have to live as an ‘aware and highly adamantly protecting your freedom from falling into addiction’ person.
That is wisdom.
Keep free.
