Keto Butter Chicken Indian Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 pound chicken thigh
- 1/1/2 cup full-fat greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/1/2 tbsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 medium size yellow onion. peeled, diced
- 3 tsp ginger paste
- 4 clover garlic,peeled and minced
- 2 medium size tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced“
- kosher salt to taste
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/1/2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/1/2 cup heavy cream
- cilantro leaves
Instructions
- mix ingredients
- cover and set in the fridge for about 1-2 hours
- lay chicken in pan
- lower heat and simmer about 30 minutes
- simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes
