🌸  Hello everyone, I'm Vivian .Today I'm sharing a Low-CARB, quick version of beef noodle soup  ~
While preparing the ingredients and cutting the vegetables , I first steam the beef to soften . After the vegetables are fragrant , I add the beef in and cook them together. It only takes 40 minutes to cook the beef until it is soft & delicious .In addition , I shared how to make king oyster mushroom noodles , so that we can eat noodles without fear of shocking blood sugar. 3. 630 g radish

4. 60 g onion

5. 10 g garlic

9. 65 mL soy sauce

10. 20 mL ketchup

11. 20 mL chili pink paste
