Ingredients
  

  • 5 pcs ikan cencaru
  • 1 bottle Shrimp Sambal

Instructions
 

  • ikan cencaru with gills removed
  • make incision from Fish back on both sides
  • fill the incision with shrimp sambal
  • Fried two sides over medium heat
  • when a nice burning smell comes out means it is cooked

Notes

Ikan cencaru has hard skin ,do not eat
