I have a few videos on keto pizza with thin crusts but since some of you have requested for a thick crust pizza, I came up with this recipe which turned out so well. It is super easy to make without needing a rolling pin. My whole house was filled with the amazing flavors of the yeast and the Italian seasonings during baking.
I learnt something about the type of cheese to use in order to have that picturesque pull which I have shared at the full written recipe below. You can literally add any toppings you like to make it your own. If you prefer a thin crust, just make the size of the dough thinner as provided in the full written recipe below. - 180 g almond flour
- 45 g coconut flour
- 27 g psyllium husk
- 4 g baking powder
- 6 g salt
- 8 g Italian seasonings
- 4 g instant yeast

- 300 ml hot or boiling water
PIZZA SAUCE
- 100 g pure tomato puree
- 25 m l olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasonings
