Ingredients
- 130 g Pork belly
- 60 g onion
- 20 g Erythritol
- ¾ tsp Xanthan Gum
- 70 g water
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce
- 8 g Psyllium husk
- 100 g water
- 50 g egg white
- 30 g Almond flour
- 30 g Coconut Flour
- 1 ½ tsp instant yeast
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 10 g Erythritol
- ¼ tsp salt
