  • 2 clove garlic
  • 200 g diced peeled tomatoes (canned)
  • 60 ground pork
  • 3/4 tsp Basil leaves
  • 3/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cheese powder

Curry Fried Konjac Noodles

  • 2 pck konjac noodle
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 100 g chicken
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 30 g carrot
  • 30 g cucumber
  • 2 tsp rice wine
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1+1/2 tsp olive oil

Kimchi Konjac Nooodles Soup

  • 1 pck konjac noodles
  • 250 ml sugar free soy milk
  • 50 g korean kimchi
  • 2 tsp miso
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 hard boiled ggs
  • some chopped egg
  • 1-2 okra (optional)(Add too much will be bitter)
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
