• 6 g coffee powder
• 3 g psyllium husk powder
• 30 g erythritol
• 210 g almond milk / water
• 30 g butter
• 2 g vanilla extract

Approximately 8 layers or more

• 120 g mascarpone
• 10 g coffee
• (5 grams of coffee powder + 5 grams of hot water)
• 25 erythritol
• 150 g whipping cream
