Ingredients
- 190 g water
- 60 g butter
- 2 eggs medium
- 40 g coconut flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 2 g xanthan gum
- 1 g salt
- 10 g erythritol
Instructions
- First heat the butter and water to melt
- Pour all dry ingredients, stir until dough shape, then pour into the basin
- Slightly beat 2 eggs and add them to the dough in batches. Please watch the video for the final state
- Heat the oil in the pot first, heat the oil until bubbles are formed, the temperature of the oil is about 160 degrees
- Use a small amount of batter to test the temperature, the batter will float immediately when the oil temperature is enough (see the video for details
- Fry with a small fire until golden on both sides, insert a toothpick into the middle of the dough without sticking the batter
- Glue erythritol while it is warm
