First heat the butter and water to melt
Pour all dry ingredients, stir until dough shape, then pour into the basin

Heat the oil in the pot first, heat the oil until bubbles are formed, the temperature of the oil is about 160 degrees
Use a small amount of batter to test the temperature, the batter will float immediately when the oil temperature is enough (see the video for details
Fry with a small fire until golden on both sides, insert a toothpick into the middle of the dough without sticking the batter
Glue erythritol while it is warm
