- 100 g almond flour
- 20 g coconut flour
- 25 g sugar-free soy milk
- 60 g coconut oil
- 30 g erythritol no calories sweetener
- 4 medium eggs room temp
- 3 g white vinegar or lemon juice
- parchment paper
- aluminum foil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- preheat oven at 140c
- bake at 140C for 6o minures, and then turn to 160C for another 15-20 minutes
- please adjust the temperature and time according to the mold you use and you own oven
