We also recommend to use good source of oil like ghee, lard or butter instead of hydrogenated oil to grill the meat.

Pan Grill Lamb Shortloin

Let's have some meat for dinner. Today we're going to have Pan Grill Lamb Shortloin. I like it to be medium rare, what about you? We also recommend to use good source of oil like ghee, lard or butter instead of hydrogenated oil to grill the meat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Sugar free Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the lamb loins. Leave it for at least half an hour.
  • To pan grill, add cooking oil into the pan. I use ghee.
  • Heat up the pan. Use medium heat.
  • Put in the lamb shortloins.
  • Add in some butter on the surface of the loins.I use grass fed butter.
  • Start scooping the hot oil and splashing it on the surface to get the loins browning and grilling as well.
  • Grill one side 2.5-3 mins (or longer) before flipping over.
  • Another 2.5-3mins (or longer) for opposite side.
  • Continue scooping the hot oil onto surface for a nice browning colour.
  • Pour the hot oil over the loins. Let them rest of 5 mins before serving.
