- 3-4 tbsp Red Palm Oil
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
- ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (3 Garlic & 1 Inch Ginger – Pounded)
- ⅓ cup Anchovies
- 1 Tomato (Sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (as needed)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder (Coarse Grounded)
- 4-5 Bird’s Eye Chillies (Slit)
- 1 Pandan Leaf (Cuts)
- 200 ml Thick Coconut Milk (1st Extraction)
- 150 ml Warm Water + 300ml Thin Coconut Milk (2nd Extraction)
- 5 Fried Eggs
- Coriander Leaves (Handful)
