Description
The raw materials for the production of our anchovy powder come from our own fishing boats. The boats set out before dawn to catch fish. The fish are dried in indoor ovens, then sorted, with heads and guts removed. The fish are washed again with clean water, dried, ground, and finally packaged, all under strict quality control to ensure sanitary production conditions.
From babies as young as seven months to elderly people in their nineties, our anchovy powder is a healthy seasoning essential on every family’s dining table, perfect for a variety of dishes and supplementary foods. It provides both nutrition and flavor.
Our seasoning powder is made from 100% pure ingredients, ground and produced in-house. It contains no added salt, MSG, or other additives, so when cooking, moms should adjust the amount of salt or MSG according to their own taste preferences.
