Chocolate Taiwanese Castella
Low carb Taiwanese castella. We used Okara powder instead of cake flour. Okara powder is one of the best ingredients for keto diet which is made by drying and powdering okara from soy milk production!
Ingredients
- 40 g coconut cooking oil
- 35 g okara powder
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 90 g almond milk
- 3 eggs
- 65 g sweetener
- 0.2 g cream of terter
- a bit vanilla oil
