• Garlic PERi-PERi: Includes a significantly higher amount of Garlic Puree (around 4%) compared to other variants.
• Medium PERi-PERi: A balanced blend typically containing 11% Onion Puree and 4% Lemon Puree, with a moderate amount of Cayenne and African Bird’s Eye Chilli.
• Hot & Extra Hot: These use a higher concentration of African Bird’s Eye Chilli and Serrano Chilli to increase the heat rating.
• XX Hot (Extra Extra Hot): Contains the highest ratio of spices and a smaller percentage of onion (3%) to prioritise intense heat.
