okara tofu nugget
lets try this with okara powder !!
- 450 g mamami okara apowder
- 450 g firm tofu, crumleb into tiny bits
- 6 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp japanned dashi stock granules, or us vegetables stock (chicken , beef stock for non-vegan)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mami unbleached plain flour
heat about 3 inches of oil in a wok/pot for deep frying/ once the oil reaches 180 celcius (360 fahrenhit). it is ready to deep frying tofu nuggets
mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl. take about 3-4 tbsp of mixture and shape into patties. the, carefully drop in the hot oil and fry until golden brown. repeat until all mixture is used up
these nuggets are delicious as it, but they are also great with some tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
