lemon butter salmon

In this recipe, garlic lemon butter sauce is the star element pair up with salmon fish. Whenever you want a quick dish for dinner, this is what we would suggest to you. It's simple yet delicious to get ready in 10 minutes times.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp garlic infused red palm oil
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • in a small saucepan, add 2 tsp harvist garlic infuse red palm oil and melt butter over medium heat.
  • add garlic and sauce until lightly and whisk until combined, set sauce aside
  • stir in butter and lakanto extract whisk untill combined, set sauce aside
  • dab both sides of salmon dry with paper towels, season both sides with salt and pepper. heat harrvist garlic infused red palm oil on a non-stock skillet over medium-high heat.
  • once all is shimmering ad salmon and cook about 4 minutes on the first side until golden brown on bottom then flip and cook slamon on opposite side until salmon has cooked throuh
  • plate salmon (leaving oil in pan) and fridge each servings generously with butter sauce, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices if desired
  • ready to serve
