Keto Fried Fish Cake (tian bu la)
Today I will be sharing another requested recipe, Taiwanese night market fried fish cake. The texture is soft with a very slight chewiness. As a Malaysian, I feel it actually tastes and looks like keropok lekor.
- 100 g White fish
- 8 g Psyllium
- 17 g Almond flour
- 15 g Erythritol
- 3 g salt
- 2 g Ground pepper
- 1 tsp Bonito powder
- 40 g Hot water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Cooking wine
- 7 g Minced garlic
