  • 17 g Almond flour
  • 15 g Erythritol
  • 3 g salt
  • 2 g Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Bonito powder
  • 40 g Hot water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Cooking wine
  • 7 g Minced garlic
