in a pan, heat up premium red palm oil
add red onion, shimeii mushroom, capsicums, tuna, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2 minute. set aside.
beat two eggs in a jar heat until it has cooked on one side. flip it over , cook on the other side. the wraps are so thin it only needs a few minutes on each side !
put in the salad vegetables and cheese on the wrap, and wrap the egg with all the ingridients in the middle of it.
