tuna egg wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 tuna or mackerel fish
  • red and yellow capsicum, cut into small pieces
  • shimeii mushroom
  • salad vegetables
  • 1 slices cheese
  • harvist premium red palm oil
  • harvist premium red palm oil and infused

Instructions
 

  • in a pan, heat up premium red palm oil
  • add red onion, shimeii mushroom, capsicums, tuna, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2 minute. set aside.
  • beat two eggs in a jar heat until it has cooked on one side. flip it over , cook on the other side. the wraps are so thin it only needs a few minutes on each side !
  • put in the salad vegetables and cheese on the wrap, and wrap the egg with all the ingridients in the middle of it.
  • ready to serve
